Shipping Info
If you have not been notified of the shipment, it is because it has not been sent! We are a small label and have international orders, please be aware of that before purchasing. Your money could reach our pockets for up to 21 days if PayPal decides to hold our funds again for the creation of our new account and that further delays our mobility as a record label.

International shipments registered by Mexican postal service, delivery times may vary, we will send your tracking number.

also, reemember that orders can take up to a week to be sent to their destination after your purchase, the reasons for this are the transfer time of your payment to our bank account.

Return Policy
APOTT Records is not responsible for any damage that the packaging may have by any postal service. All merchandise has a secure packaging, which guarantees its arrival in the best possible condition. (We will have proof of this prior to shipment)

Other tips: Remember to confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase, once we receive the order you have a period of 3 days to change it, once that time is exceeded it is impossible, you will have to wait for the return of your order to our hands and pay shipping back to your destination country.

If you do not pay for the return, your copy will be put up for sale after 2 weeks and you will not be able to claim it.
